Club Committees

 

Hospitality: .designs the social environment and events as separate occasions or as part of a whole, such as the

......................PreSeason Social, End of Year Banquet, Coach Appreciation Day, Referee Tent at tournaments, etc.

 

Fundraising: .organizes, supervises, and manages fundraising events through all phases of planning as separate

.......................occasions or as part of a whole,..such as Bingo or Casino Night, Coaches Retreat, etc.

 

Grounds / Facility: .works toward supporting the Tulsa River Parks with field improvement and safety projects,

...................... field.equipment, and Clubhouse needs.

 

Marketing / Public Relations: .designs and markets club visibility and news/events as separate.units or part of a

...................... whole, such as tournament, etc.

 

Technology: .provides research and service to keep our organization current with the latest technology as separate

........................... projects or part of a whole, such as Tournament postings real time, team / coach / player technology

..................... needs in the clubhouse, etc.

 

Sponsorship: identifies business partners and contacts for CLUB sponsorship to fund the various projects of the

.......................other committees.

 

Tournament: engages in all aspects of tournament planning and undertaking of annual tournaments.
