calendar. Give a hard copy to parents & post on team webpage
- Give your
parents a list of your player's, parents names, phone numbers and emails

Register your team in the e7 Player registration system ..this will ensure them
receiving club-wide emails
- Keep your team webpage current at all times

- Make sure that
you have read the fundraising policies before holding a team fundraiser

OK Texans logo may not be used with out prior approval in writing from
club
- All products sales are through the online store with proceeds
benefiting fields & team scholarships
Tournaments
- Plan ahead and
keep parents informed
- Assign a team tournament coordinator to help with
tournaments
- Be certain that your team travel arrangements are according to
your coach's instructions
- Be sure that you or another parent is available
to check in your team prior to the tournament
Protests
The OK Texans
Soccer Club is very proud to be part of an organization with a national reputation of excellence and is one
of the most professionally managed and operated soccer clubs in the country. In
order to preserve and respect our professional reputation, it is the strict
policy of the OK Texans Soccer Club that no person challenge, protest or
file any complaint (written or verbal) against any soccer officials (GCSA,
coaches, the league, other soccer clubs, or referees) without express permission
from the OK Texans Soccer Club Director of Coaching or Board of Directors.
Any violation of this policy will be dealt with in an appropriate manner.
